MediSetGo handles the enrollment so your staff does not have to. We help the patient enroll in Medi-Cal or a Medi-Cal managed care plan, or in Medicare with an Advantage, Supplement, or Part D plan.
After enrollment, a Community Health Worker from the same community helps the patient stay healthy and get the care they need.

Skilled Nursing
For residents who need Medicare and Medi-Cal set up.

MediSetGo helps residents and families understand the options and enroll, then provides member assistance once they are covered.
